The complete set comprises galvanised attachment parts, a weld-on tab in untreated steel and a galvanised wall plate, allowing a stable and durable installation.

The permissible gate load depends on the gate width and the installation situation. For a gate width of approx. 1,000 mm, the following guide value applies:

• M20 – up to approx. 400 kg per gate leaf

Note: For narrower gates (e.g. 500 mm) higher loads are possible; for wide gates (e.g. 2,000 mm) the permissible load capacity is reduced accordingly. We are happy to advise you on the right dimension.

Special notes

• Load capacity figures apply when using 2 gate hinges per gate leaf
• Take account of additional loads from wind, door closers or large gate widths
• For heavy or wide gates we recommend larger hinge dimensions or the use of 3 gate hinges
