Beurskens Pro-Lock Rim Lock – 60 mm wide, 60 mm backset

The Beurskens Pro-Lock rim lock was developed specifically for professional door and gate constructions in metalwork. The version with a case width of 60 mm and a backset of 60 mm is particularly suited to correspondingly dimensioned, deep metalwork constructions.

The robust lock case is made of steel S235. The lock housing and the most heavily stressed components such as the faceplate, latch and bolt are made of stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A). This combination of materials pairs high mechanical load capacity with reliable, long-lasting lock function.

Tested for long-term professional use

The rim lock was tested through 200,000 opening and closing cycles and passed without any loss of function. It is therefore designed for long-term use in frequently used doors and gates.

High-quality spring technology for a long service life

A cylindrical compression spring is used in the lock mechanism instead of a simple flat sheet-metal spring. It provides even force distribution when the latch is operated and reduces point loading within the mechanism. This supports reliable return of the latch and increases the durability of the lock.
