Steel Canopy Bracket System - Base Set H for 1 Axis

Scope of delivery:

• Bracket: Straight Ø 72 mm | material 1.4301
• Wall disc: Round Ø 60 x 4 mm | centre hole Ø 10.5 mm | wall fixing set with fork nut and cover cone | material 1.4301
• Support arm: Steel 220 x 950 x 6 mm for 1000 mm projection | material St 37-2 / S235

Special features:

The base set includes all individual parts for 1 axis including the support arm.

Where necessary, determine glass thickness, arrangement and number of axes via an individual structural calculation.

Intended glass thickness 13.52 mm or 17.52 mm (laminated safety glass from 2 x 6 mm or 2 x 8 mm heat-strengthened glass + 4 x PVB film 0.38 mm).

The projection of the system can be altered by + 100 mm by adjusting the front dimension. Please refer to the last page of the installation instructions for the exact dimensions of this system.

The maximum distance between 2 axes should not exceed 1100 mm to DIN 18008. There should be at least 80 mm and at most 300 mm between the outer edge of the glass bore and the edge of the glass pane. This gives a maximum pane width of 1700 mm when using 2 axes.

Wall connection height-adjustable by approx. 5 mm to allow the support arm to be aligned.
