Description
Long end bends are often used to guide handrails neatly and securely to the wall. Particular care must be taken to ensure that the clearance between the handrail end and the wall does not exceed 10 mm. This distance is prescribed in escape routes and public buildings in particular to prevent people from getting caught with clothing or bags.
With our standard handrail supports, which have a 12 mm bracket and a 5 mm thick round section, the clear dimension for a 33.7 mm tube is 8.5 mm. With a 42.4 mm tube, the distance is 7.5 mm. When using handrail supports with Cliprosette, this distance is reduced by 1 mm, which offers even more safety.
