Our cutting paste has been specially developed for machining tough and difficult-to-cut materials. Its optimum composition makes it ideal for use on high-temperature steels such as titanium, stainless steel, tool steel, cast steel and gray cast iron.
Properties:
- Color: Light bluish
- Odor: Neutral
- State: Pasty viscosity
- Flash point: Above 225°C
- Melting point: 32 °C
- Contents: 50gr in a practical dispenser
- Chlorine-free, water-insoluble and without petroleum, chlorine or sulphur
- Areas of application: Ideal for drilling, tapping, milling and broaching work.
The paste is particularly useful in situations where emulsion cannot be used and is also perfect for construction and assembly work.
Thanks to the dosing dispenser, the cutting paste can be applied easily and directly to the metal surface to be machined. It not only helps to extend tool life, but is also particularly effective on stainless steel.
