This set provides you with all the necessary tools and materials for professional bonding of metal, plastic and composite materials. It contains:

• 1x construction adhesive for metal (content: 50 ml) - including a mixing nozzle
• 2x mixing nozzles for construction adhesive - especially for 2-component adhesive
• 1x double-piston cartridge press for 2-component adhesive - suitable for 50 ml double cartridges
• 1x stainless steel cleaning spray (standard bottle: 500 ml) - especially for cleaning and degreasing bonding surfaces

Construction adhesive for metal

Content: 50 ml

Our construction adhesive is a 2-component adhesive based on methyl methacrylate, which is characterized by high tensile strength, high permanent elasticity and temperature resistance. It offers fast curing and can bridge gaps of up to 5 mm.

Description and processing instructions:

• Suitable for bonding metal, plastic and composite materials.
• Fast curing: approx. 70% of the strength is achieved after approx. 15 minutes.
• Recommended processing temperature: 18 - 25 degrees Celsius.
• Processing time: approx. 5 minutes.
• Surfaces must be clean and free of grease.
• Is applied with the cartridge gun (article 70195) and positioned immediately.
• Critical exterior applications and powder coating possible after bonding.

Mixing nozzles for 2-component adhesive

Dimensions: Ø 4 - 7 x 7 x 90 mm

The mixing nozzles are specially developed for the 2-component adhesive and offer efficient mixing of the adhesive components. They are compatible with the Mixpack Quadro 1-1 and ideal for adhesives art. no.: 70550.

Double piston cartridge gun

Our double piston cartridge press is perfectly suited for the application of 50 ml double cartridges from Beurskens. It ensures even and precise dosing of the adhesive and makes work considerably easier.

Stainless steel cleaning spray

Standard bottle: 500 ml

The cleaning spray is ideal for cleaning and degreasing bonding surfaces before bonding. It effortlessly removes dirt, grease and fingerprints from all types of metal, including stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminum, without leaving scratches or damage.

• Simply spray onto the surface to be cleaned and wipe off with a soft cloth.
