Set consisting of stainless steel adhesive, activator, cleaning spray and microfiber cloths

This set offers you everything you need for professional bonding of stainless steel. It contains

• 1x high-strength stainless steel adhesive (content: 50 ml) - ideal for bonding plug-in systems or similar applications
• 1x activator for 1C high-strength stainless steel adhesive (content: 150 ml) - for anaerobic adhesive bonds
• 1x stainless steel cleaning spray (standard bottle: 500 ml) - especially for cleaning and degreasing bonding surfaces
• 10x blue microfiber cloths (dimensions: 400 x 400 mm) - washable and universally applicable

High-strength stainless steel adhesive

Content: 50 ml

The stainless steel adhesive is high-strength and is ideal for bonding plug-in systems or similar applications.

Instructions for use:

• The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and free of grease.
• The adhesive must be applied to the entire surface of the component to be bonded.
• The maximum gap bridging is 0.2 mm.
• The adhesive sets by hand after approx. 30 minutes, depending on the room temperature.
• The adhesive has reached its final strength after approx. 12 hours.
• The adhesive hardens in the absence of air. Excess adhesive remains liquid and can be wiped off.
• The room temperature should not fall below 10° Celsius.

Activator for 1K high-strength stainless steel adhesive

Content: 150 ml

This activator has been developed for anaerobic adhesive bonds and considerably shortens the curing time of the adhesive.

Description and processing instructions:

• The products are anaerobic one-component adhesives that cure in the joint gap in the absence of oxygen.
• For passive materials such as high-alloy stainless steels, pre-treatment of one side of the bonding surfaces with activator is recommended.
• Thoroughly clean and degrease the bonding surfaces.
• Apply activator to one side of the bonding surface and allow to flash off.
• Apply sufficient adhesive to the other side to fill the gap, fit the parts immediately and allow to harden.

Our cleaning spray for all metals is the perfect solution for cleaning and degreasing bonding surfaces and keeps your metal objects sparkling clean.

• Easily removes dirt, grease and fingerprints.
• Leaves no scratches or damage.
• Suitable for all types of metals such as stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum and more.
• Simply spray onto the surface to be cleaned and wipe off with a soft cloth.

Microfiber cloths blue
