Description and processing instructions
The products Beurskens high-strength stainless steel adhesive and medium-strength threadlocker are anaerobic one-component adhesives,
which cure in the absence of oxygen in the joint gap. These adhesives remain inactive as long as they come into contact with atmospheric oxygen
.
For passive materials, such as high-alloy stainless steels, low temperatures and large gaps, we recommend
pretreating one side of the bonding surfaces with activator. This considerably shortens the curing time of anaerobic adhesives
.
Thoroughly clean and degrease the bonding surfaces. Apply activator to one side of the bonding surface and allow to flash off.
Apply sufficient adhesive to the other side to fill the gap, fit the parts immediately and allow to cure.
