Description and processing instructions for 2-component construction adhesive for metal
This product is a 2-component adhesive based on methyl methacrylate.
This adhesive is characterized by its high tensile strength, high permanent elasticity and temperature resistance.
It is also characterized by its fast curing and gap bridging of up to 5 mm.

The short processing time, fast curing and excellent adhesion to metal, plastic and composite materials make this product very versatile. This adhesive is particularly suitable for critical outdoor applications.
Even powder coating is possible after bonding.

The surfaces to be bonded must be clean and free of grease. Adjacent sensitive surfaces should be protected with adhesive tape as a precaution. The product is applied to the bonding surface using the cartridge gun article 70195 and positioned immediately.
It may be advisable to fix the bonded components for a short time.

A working time of approx. 5 minutes and rapid curing after approx. 15 minutes allow work to continue quickly after assembly of the parts. Approx. 70% of the strength is achieved after approx. 15 minutes.
The recommended processing temperature is approx. 18 - 25 degrees.
